Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions
Our SaaS applications are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing until you cancel your subscription. Since our services are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be “returned.”
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at im.shubhamlal@gmail.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will apply. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid unintended charges.
3. Refunds
Because our products are digital, we generally do not offer refunds for subscriptions once they have been billed. However, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- If you cancel within 7 days of the initial purchase of a new subscription
- If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented use of the service
- If required by applicable consumer protection laws
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
4. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, you may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the standard refund policy applies.
5. Limitations
Please note:
- No refunds are provided for partial months of service
- Discounted or promotional plans are non-refundable
- One-time setup or administrative fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
